Heating Technology:
450W Smart Wi-Fi Infrared Heating Panel uses instant infrared heating technology with carbon crystal elements. This heats the objects, people, and places directly, providing immediate warmth.
Smart Control Options:
Accessible from anywhere via the Smart Life app or Tuya app. Options to set weekly, daily, and/or hourly timers only through the app and, control temperature via app or remote. It is supplied with a 2-in-1 handheld remote control and a thermostat which requires 2 x AAA batteries. It comes with an additional feature to pre-set the temperature.
Safety and Usage:
Includes built-in overheat protection. It is IP65-rated and suitable for bathrooms and wet areas, making it suitable for domestic and commercial properties. It is mainly recommended for bathrooms, bedrooms, café, restaurants, conservatories, and converted workspaces.
Practical Features:
Operates silently with no light emitted making it suitable for indoor spaces. It comes with a 3-pin plug with approximately 1.7-meter cable making it easy to use. Moreover, high savings! as it costs approximately 13p per hour which is cheaper to run than other average conventional heaters.

When mounting it on walls, our recommendation is that you always mount them high on wall or ceiling. You would mount the on the ceiling the same way as you would mount them on the wall. No other additional tools are required.

All units are dispatched from within the UK and it only takes 1-3 working days from the day of purchase. Most units have a same-day dispatch when ordered before 2 pm for delivery to your chosen address. Our delivery partners are DX, DHL, UX, DPD, Parcel Force and Evri. The courier we use will depend on the service chosen, the unit size and the delivery location. At the time of the order, we will ask you for a mobile phone number and/or email address our delivery partner can send you regular updates about the whereabouts of your order or contact you if there are any unforeseen delays. Once the product is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automated email which will confirm the chosen courier as well as a tracking number.
Please note: Our deliveries occur between 9 am and 6 pm during any working day. Saturday deliveries are available on request and may incur a charge.
Next-Day Delivery Options
Order by 1 pm and get your product delivered the following working day. Please note that next-day delivery requests will be an additional cost and this must be selected at the time of purchase and cannot be arranged later stage. These options are only available for the UK Mainland. If you’re not at home the courier will attempt delivery again the following day unless it has been requested to leave it in a safe space by the customer. They will also leave a calling card to let you know that they have attempted a delivery. If no one’s in on the 2nd attempt, your parcel will be sent to a local pick-up point for collection within 7 days. You will also be notified about this via a calling card or an email/text with instructions and how to proceed moving forward.

Where should I install my Infrared Panel?
We advise our customers to mount their heaters high up on the wall or on the ceiling. This is because having your infrared heaters high up on the wall will allow an unhindered spread of heat and help the heat distribute more effectively across the room.
How do I ‘Pair’ the remote to the smart panel?
Press the ‘+’ and ‘-‘ together, pointing towards the heater’s black box. Once the heater creates a beep sound and the black box flashes green, the heater should be connected.
How do I connect my heater to Tuya app?
Ensure that your device is connected to your Wi-Fi and Bluetooth is on. This must be a 2.4GHz network. You will then need to create an account with Tuya. Once this is done, your heater should automatically attempt to pair. Press ‘Go to add’. Then you will need to select and connect to your Wi-Fi.
