Heating Technology:
1200W Smart Wi-Fi Infrared Heating Panel uses instant infrared heating technology with carbon crystal elements. This heats the objects, people, and places directly, providing immediate warmth.
Smart Control Options:
Accessible from anywhere via the Smart Life app or Tuya app. Options to set weekly, daily, and/or hourly timers only through the app and, control temperature via app or remote. It is supplied with a 2-in-1 handheld remote control and a thermostat which requires 2 x AAA batteries. It comes with an additional feature to pre-set the temperature.
Safety and Usage:
Includes built-in overheat protection. It is IP65-rated and suitable for bathrooms and wet areas, making it suitable for domestic and commercial properties. It is mainly recommended for gyms, living areas, office spaces, retail stores and larger spaces
Practical Features:
Operates silently with no light emitted making it suitable for indoor spaces. It comes with a 3-pin plug with approximately 1.7-meter cable making it easy to use. Moreover, high savings! as it costs approximately 32p per hour which is cheaper to run than other average conventional heaters. The surface of the panel can reach as high as 110˚ C but they can be mounted up high on a wall or if you want, on a ceiling too.

1. Warranty Summary
Your Kiasa Infrared Heater is covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty duration varies by product — please check your specific heater for details.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Register your product (if required)
- Provide proof of purchase
- Complete a warranty claim form (if requested)
- Package and return the product at your own cost (safely and securely)
- Provide installation photos if asked
If the fault is confirmed, we’ll repair or replace your heater free of charge. Replacement items may be refurbished. If a replacement isn’t possible, we may offer a partial discount on a new unit based on the age and condition of the item.
This warranty is issued under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and applies only to UK-based customers.
2. Refund & Returns Policy
Cancellation Before Delivery
You may cancel standard stock item orders at any time before delivery and receive a full refund (including delivery charges). This does not apply to bespoke or special items (e.g., picture panels) once production has begun.
Refunds After Delivery
You may cancel your order within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must reach us within 14 days in their original, unused, and re-sellable condition with packaging and all accessories included.
If returned items are damaged, used, or missing parts, we may reduce the refund accordingly. Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.
Returns That Don’t Qualify
- Used, installed, or altered heaters
- Items returned in poor condition or without original packaging
- Items returned without clear identification (name/order number)
Quality Guarantee
All products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects. If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours with images so we can resolve the issue.
