FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions, studio owners ask us.

Is the Yoga Balance Infrared Bar ™ suitable for hot yoga?

It depends on three things: floor area, ceiling height, and the temperature your classes run at. Ceiling height matters as much as floor area: above 3m, the radiant field has further to travel, so a room of the same size needs more output than a low-ceilinged one. We size every system from your floor plan rather than selling by the square metre, and for larger rooms we often combine system together across the space. Book a consultation and we will do the calculation for your studio.

How is it different from the Yoga Balance Infrared Panel ™ ?

Both use the same infrared technology; the difference is coverage and mounting. The Bar is a linear overhead unit built for larger studios and higher ceilings — it projects heat down across a wide span, making it the right choice for full-room coverage in a dedicated hot yoga space. The Panel is a flat unit for wall or ceiling mounting, better suited to smaller rooms, lower ceilings, or spaces where a discreet surface finish matters more than reach. Many studios use both: bars over the main practice area, panels to even out corners and reception spaces.

How many infrared bars will my studio need?

We size every system from your floor plan rather than selling by the square metre, and for larger rooms we often zone bars and panels together across the space. Can the system be scheduled and controlled remotely?

Yes. Every installation runs on KIASA Smart Controls, so you can set seven-day schedules around your class timetable, zone different rooms independently, and adjust temperature from your phone. The room can be brought up to temperature before the first arrival and wound down automatically after the last class, so you are never heating an empty studio.
