Challenge & Opportunity

The studio needed to deliver a consistent heated workout environment (hot-barre/hot Pilates) that could reliably warm up the room, support muscle activation, deepen stretching, and enhance the “sweat factor” without relying purely on conventional HVAC systems. They sought to differentiate themselves in the competitive Dubai boutique fitness market by introducing a premium infrared (IR) heating experience, aligning with the aesthetic and performance expectations of their clientele. For international orders (Dubai + UK market references), the supply of heating equipment needed to be logistic-robust and globally compliant.

Solution Provided by KIASA (UK)

We supplied our Yoga Balance Infrared Bars (and associated IR heating systems) to BRRN BARRE for the Dubai studio’s hot-room circuit.

Selected Yoga Balance Infrared Bars designed for hot-room studio environments (ideal for Pilates/barre setup).
Commissioned for international deployment: shipped from the UK, installed in Dubai, ensuring compliance with local power standards and studio design.
Zoned installation: The IR heating bars were positioned strategically around the workout space to deliver even radiant heating (avoiding “cold spots”, very important for the elevated-temperature hot-class structure).
Integration with studio aesthetic: The bars and system aligned with BRRN BARRE’s industrial-chic design (mirrors, black/white/grey palette, motivational neon signage).

Benefits & Key Features

For the Studio

Rapid, consistent warmth: IR heater bars deliver radiant heat to surfaces and bodies directly, rather than heating air only. This ensures the hot-room environment hits the target temperature quickly and maintains consistency. Energy efficiency: By utilising IR heating rather than heavier air-convection systems, the studio benefits from lower running costs and improved control of heat zones. (As a reference, IR heating is positioned by KIASA as up to 50 % more efficient in gym/studio spaces compared to convection heating in similar contexts). Muscle activation & client experience: The warmed environment helps clients warm up faster, stretch deeper, engage their muscles more effectively — enhancing the “hot workout” branding of BRRN BARRE. For example: “The heat warms your muscles faster, so you can go deeper into stretches and strengthen more effectively.” Brand differentiation: The integration of IR heating supports BRRN BARRE’s position as a high-end, standout provider in Dubai’s fitness scene — hot barre + women-only + infrared technology in one package.

For Clients

Deepened flexibility and muscle readiness thanks to the heated environment.

Enhanced recovery and sweat-driven detox benefits within the hot-barre format.

Comfortable workout experience: even heating, fewer cold corners, better class flow.
