Can I use any photograph or artwork?
Use an image you own or have permission to reproduce. For best results, supply a high-resolution JPG, PNG or TIFF at approximately 300dpi at the intended print size. We check the file and send a proof before production.
What if my image does not fit the panel shape?
Our design team will prepare the most suitable crop. Nothing is printed until you approve the digital proof, so you can see how the image and wrapped edges will look.
Does the picture panel become hot?
Yes. Kanvas is functional infrared heating, not an ordinary fabric canvas. It must not be covered or touched while operating, and it should be installed with the specified clearances away from young children and vulnerable people.
Can it be used as the main heater?
Yes, when the output is correctly matched to the space. Use the guide areas as a starting point; insulation, glazing, external walls and ceiling height can change the requirement. Ask KIASA if you are unsure.
Does it include temperature control?
The panel requires a suitable room thermostat or external control. Choose the control option when ordering, or select panel only if a compatible system is already planned.
Can a personalised panel be returned?
Because your panel is made to your approved artwork, standard cancellation and returns do not apply once production has begun. Your statutory rights remain unaffected if the product is faulty or not as described.
