The customisable and personalised image solution offers a 350w infrared heating panel, measuring 60cm by 60cm. Multiple panels can seamlessly connect to a single controller for centralised management. Each panel covers a heating area of 5 to 10m², making it ideal for personalised spaces such as single bedrooms (typical size in the UK ranges from 6.5 to 9 square meters), shared family bathrooms and hallways.

How to Order
After the other has been placed, send the image to customer.support@kiasa.co.uk. Please include your name, postcode and order number as well. Before sending the images, please ensure that the image is of high quality. If you are unsure, do not worry - the design team will be able to support you with this.
The next step would be approval from you after we send you proof of how your panel will look. From this point, it usually takes 2-3 weeks for the panel to be printed and made by our experienced team.
If you wish to include multiple images in one panel, this is a service we offer free of charge as well - However, we cannot create any collage proof until the payment of the panel has been made.
Warranty
We offer a 3-year warranty to give you peace of mind. The warranty details are included in the manual.
Please note, that this order is fully customised for each customer, so therefore once approved and sent to the printers, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on this heater.

Installation
There are multiple ways to install our panels. They fit directly flush on the wall and the ceiling (brackets are included at the back of the panel), and no additional purchase is needed. If you have a higher than the average ceiling (2.3m - 2.4m), you can use the unit with our suspension kit to bring the panel closer down to you.
Can I use an Infrared Panel inside my bathroom?
All panels have an IP rating of 65, meaning they have protection against water and total dust.
How close to objects can an Infrared panel be placed?
180W & 350W is a personal heaters so they can be placed as close as under your desk. For panels 720W+ we advise keeping a 30cm distance.
Do Infrared Panels emit any light?
No
What’s the length of the cord?
The length of the cord is approx. 1.5meter. It can be extended easily by a qualified electrician.
Where should I install my Infrared Panel?
We advise our customers to mount their heaters high up on the wall or on the ceiling. This is because having your infrared heaters high up on the wall will allow an unhindered spread of heat and help the heat distribute more effectively across the room.
Can I hardwire multiple heaters with an external thermostat or timer switch?
Yes, this option is only available with our Classic Range. We do however recommend you contact a qualified electrician for any installation advice or get in touch with us at 0116 488 5150.
Free Delivery Service
All units are dispatched from within the UK and it only takes 1-3 working days from the day of purchase. Most units have a same-day dispatch when ordered before 2 pm for delivery to your chosen address. Our delivery partners are DX, DHL, UX, DPD, Parcel Force and Evri. The courier we use will depend on the service chosen, the unit size and the delivery location. At the time of the order, we will ask you for a mobile phone number and/or email address our delivery partner can send you regular updates about the whereabouts of your order or contact you if there are any unforeseen delays. Once the product is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automated email which will confirm the chosen courier as well as a tracking number.
Please note: Our deliveries occur between 9 am and 6 pm during any working day. Saturday deliveries are available on request and may incur a charge.
Next-Day Delivery Options
Order by 1 pm and get your product delivered the following working day. Please note that next-day delivery requests will be an additional cost and this must be selected at the time of purchase and cannot be arranged later stage. These options are only available for the UK Mainland. For any zones that are outside the mainland UK, please get in touch by email (customer.support@kiasa.co.uk), phone (0116 488 5150) or just chat with us. If you’re not at home the courier will attempt delivery again the following day unless it has been requested to leave it in a safe space by the customer. They will also leave a calling card to let you know that they have attempted a delivery. If no one’s in on the 2nd attempt, your parcel will be sent to a local pick-up point for collection within 7 days. You will also be notified about this via a calling card or an email/text with instructions and how to proceed moving forward.
Saturday Delivery Options
As this is a special request service, we must be notified in advance. You can do this by getting in touch with us by email (customer.support@kiasa.co.uk), or phone (0116 488 5150). You can even chat with us via chat.
Can I exchange my item?
Yes, we’re here to help and support you. if you ordered the wrong item(s) or if you feel that another product is more suitable for your needs, just get in touch, our team is on hand to resolve any concerns you may have by calling 0116 488 5150 or emailing us at customer.support@kiasa.co.uk.
What if the item is damaged or faulty?
Within the first 28 days, we are more than happy to swap the unit(s) for you. After this, all units will fall under the warranty period. If it’s not related to misuse, we will repair or replace the damaged item and cover the courier costs associated with sending the unit back to you If the unit arrives at your home with visible damage to the exterior of the box, please refuse the delivery and get back in touch with us. This delivery/unit will automatically be returned back to the sender.
How do I arrange a return?
If you change your mind, you can return your product to us within 30 days of the original purchase date, unused, in its original retail packaging, the product must be as new. All units must include any supporting materials such as remotes, manuals, installation kits… etc. If you wish to return an item you must contact us at customer.support@kiasa.co.uk. We encourage customers to let us know when they have dispatched the unit to us so that we can keep an eye out for it. Once it has arrived on our premises, the warehouse team will check the unit, and once all is well, we will issue your refund - at which point you will also receive an automated confirmation.
Will I have to pay to return an item?
Yes, you will be responsible for paying for the return of your item(s) unless the goods are faulty.
Can I receive a refund for my return?
We can only offer a refund if the item is unused and is returned in its original packaging as brand new, however, we can always look to exchange if another product is suitable for your needs, just get in touch. Please note, there could be a diminished charge for up to 20% if the item is sent back in a damaged or used condition.
How long will it take to receive a refund?
We will aim to refund you within 72 hours (3 working days) of receiving the returned item. Please ensure you include your details and returns reference number so we can promptly process your refund.
