1. Warranty Summary
Your Kiasa Infrared Heater is covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty duration varies by product — please check your specific heater for details.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Register your product (if required)
- Provide proof of purchase
- Complete a warranty claim form (if requested)
- Package and return the product at your own cost (safely and securely)
- Provide installation photos if asked
If the fault is confirmed, we’ll repair or replace your heater free of charge. Replacement items may be refurbished. If a replacement isn’t possible, we may offer a partial discount on a new unit based on the age and condition of the item.
This warranty is issued under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and applies only to UK-based customers.
2. Refund & Returns Policy
Cancellation Before Delivery
You may cancel standard stock item orders at any time before delivery and receive a full refund (including delivery charges). This does not apply to bespoke or special items (e.g., picture panels) once production has begun.
Refunds After Delivery
You may cancel your order within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must reach us within 14 days in their original, unused, and re-sellable condition with packaging and all accessories included.
If returned items are damaged, used, or missing parts, we may reduce the refund accordingly. Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.
Returns That Don’t Qualify
- Used, installed, or altered heaters
- Items returned in poor condition or without original packaging
- Items returned without clear identification (name/order number)
Quality Guarantee
All products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects. If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours with images so we can resolve the issue.

- Packaging: Secure the heater. Take photos before sending.
- Condition: Must be unused and undamaged.
- Inspection: All items are checked before refund approval.
