This listed building is undergoing a transformation into 16 high-end one- and two-bedroom apartments. - Phase One – APP Electrical fully rewired the building, preparing 16 units with fused spurs for seamless infrared panel installation.
- Phase Two – The Kiasa IR panels were clipped into place, and relays were installed to connect each unit’s thermostat. Each flat took approximately four hours to complete, ensuring a quick and efficient setup.
